Villa Information

Located in the best area of Alaçatı, just a 1-minute walk from Hacımemiş and Alaçatı Bazaar. It is very close to Clubbaba Shopping Center, where famous brands are located, and situated in the boutique hotel district.

Our homes are part of a boutique complex with four houses, each with its own private garden and veranda. Some houses also have their own private social area at the back. The entire complex is surrounded by stone walls, and there is a 12-meter-long pool in the center, large enough for all residents.

Guest Access

The house you see in the pictures is exclusively yours, while the pool is shared. Each house has its own private garden for personal use.

If they are available, fill in the check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests in the "Make a Reservation" window. The price details for your stay will appear. Enter the required information below the price details and click on the "Create Reservation" button. After this step, your reservation request will be sent to us, and after necessary checks are made, you will receive a message (SMS, email, etc.) for the advance payment. Once you make the advance payment, your reservation will be confirmed, and the reservation contract will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp. Your reservation process will then be completed.

When you enter the date range and number of people on the page of the villa you like, the advance payment amount will appear. This amount is 50% of the total accommodation cost. To complete your reservation, you are required to make a 50% advance payment.

At Alaçatı Tatil, you can make the required 50% advance payment for the reservation via secure 3D SECURE credit card payment or EFT/WIRE transfer. For our international guests who do not have access to these two options, they can make the 50% advance payment via WESTERN UNION. The remaining 50% can be paid in cash upon arrival at the villa if desired.

The villa rental concept is self-catering, and we do not provide food and beverage services. The villa kitchens are fully equipped, and there are barbecue/grill facilities in the gardens. You can purchase your own ingredients and cook meals.

The rental price includes electricity, water, LPG usage, daily garden and pool maintenance, pool treatment, and the cleaning service done upon check-in. Any additional cleaning services requested during your stay will be charged extra and should be requested at least one day in advance.

Hot water is provided by solar energy, and when there is no sunlight, an electric resistance system is activated to ensure hot water supply.

RULES

  • Security: Identity Notification System (KBS) is mandatory.
  • Please make sure that all dishwashers are emptied and that no dirty dishes are left behind.
  • Please ensure your trash is bagged and disposed of in the outdoor (corner) garbage container. Uncollected trash and leftover dishes will be subject to an additional cleaning fee, which may be deducted from the deposit.
  • If any items are damaged during your stay, please contact us in time so we can arrange repairs or replacements. Notifying us promptly may help avoid deductions from your deposit.
  • Due to cleaning regulations, check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00.
  • We kindly ask you to leave the villa as you found it. If any furniture or items have been moved between rooms, please ensure they are returned to their original place.
  • Please remove your shoes before entering any room in the villa.
  • Your deposit will be refunded after a quick inspection by the guardian or property owners at check-out. If the villa is not left in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning fee of (.....€) from your deposit.
  • Hosting large parties or playing music at a volume that disturbs the surroundings inside the house or in the garden is strictly prohibited.
